We are structured as a private equity investment fund aimed at generating attractive returns for our investors through the execution of projects from their planning stages to their construction and sale, offering differentiated products in partnership with other national and international groups.
HISTORY
Selectta Real Estate was founded in 2003 with the vision of developing mid-range and residential housing projects. Over time, it has consolidated its position as a key player in the luxury residential and tourism development sector. Over the years, its participation as a financial partner in various real estate companies—in the Riviera Maya, Mexico City, and Miami—has allowed it to invest in projects that are now among the most successful in their respective markets.

9TH STREET, BRICKELL
We own a 2,800 m2 property for the construction of 400 units in a 42-story building, and we are in the process of finalizing a joint venture with a prestigious local development group for its execution.
COLETTE RESIDENCES
On Brickell Avenue, we acquired two properties with a total area of 3,350 m2 where we are developing, in partnership with Meta Developments and the Iron Capital fund from Sao Paolo, Brazil, a complex of 40 luxury condominiums.
Both projects represent a cumulative sales value of $600 million.
